Our approach is to look at each client based on their size and industry and examine their benefits program relative to their peers. We then make recommendations on how to improve the benefit offering bearing in mind budgets, plan design options and administrative burdens. Our carrier recommendations and product selections are based on our understanding of your objectives, our experience in the market and thorough due diligence.
Traditional Plans
EPO, PPO and POS plans are ideal for individuals and families who are interested in well-designed benefits with little out-of-pocket costs. They offer in-network as well in- and out-of-network options to suit your employee base.
High Deductible Plans
These plans offer lower premiums in return for higher deductibles. With such plans, you can offer a health savings account (HSA) as well as additional contribution options to offset the costs of the deductible to your employees.
HRA & HSA Plans
Health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs) provide cost sharing, tax incentives and savings for your company and employees. Plans offer a range of cost-saving incentives.
Flexible Spending Plans
This plan allows an employee to pay for certain expenses with completely untaxed dollars. The four qualifying expense categories that can reduce taxable income are: group insurance premiums, private insurance premiums, dependent day care and out-of-pocket medical costs.
